The planned WhatsApp Premium subscription for WhatsApp Business customers is taking form, and the service’s recent beta rollout reveals exactly what you’ll get as part of the monthly bundle. The most recent WhatsApp beta build reveals new capabilities meant to help companies communicate with clients more effectively.
Premium Subscription Features WhatsApp Business Beta
According to WABetaInfo, potential subscribers may access the new WhatsApp Premium area by opening the app’s settings on their phones. Potential clients can join the plan on this page. The premium account includes a personalized contact link for WhatsApp, which you may modify once every three months. Instead of entering a phone number, it’s designed to make it easier for customers to discover a certain business.
It should be noted that all current functionalities are still available for free to businesses. WhatsApp Premium is an optional subscription that provides specific capabilities to companies that require certain sophisticated services; however, if you do not subscribe, your existing experience when using the business app will not change.
You can continue to use the premium features until the next subscription cycle by unsubscribing from Premium on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The subscription, however, is only accessible to WhatsApp business customers who are running the most recent beta edition of the app. The new subscription isn’t for the typical person.
WhatsApp Premium is now available to selected businesses in select countries that have installed the most recent versions of WhatsApp Business beta for Android and iOS. Because it is only available to specific businesses in certain countries, don’t be shocked if you don’t find “WhatsApp Premium” in your WhatsApp Settings. WhatsApp intends to expand the premium plan to additional business accounts in the future, and we will notify you when it is available in a new post or tweet, as normal.
If you have a WhatsApp business account and wish to use these premium capabilities, install the most recent beta release on Android or the TestFlight build on iPhone. Hopefully, as the subscription evolves, new optional features will make it more valuable.
